DVD and Blu-ray Region Encoding:

Global region codes identify specific DVDs and Blu-ray discs that are compatible with the players typically sold in that region. The majority of all current titles play in only one specific region unless otherwise noted. Most of the DVDs and Blu-ray discs sold by are encoded for Region 1 (for standard DVDs) or Region A/1 (for Blu-ray discs) only and may not work on DVD or Blu-ray players in other countries.

NTSC is the video standard used in North America and most of South America. PAL is the predominant video standard mostly used outside of those areas.  Please note that any disc item that is indicted as PAL you must have a multi-format DVD/Blu-ray player that plays PAL format in order to view this item as it won't play on standard DVD/Blu-ray players sold in the United States.

Standard DVDs:

Region 1:

United States, United States Territories, Canada, and Bermuda

Region 2:

Japan, Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East, including Egypt

Region 3:

Southeast Asia, East Asia, Including Hong Kong

Region 4:

Region 5:

We apologize, currently at this time doesn't carry any Blu-ray or DVD discs from other regions due to the international copyright laws.

International VHS Movie Tape Formats:

All of the VHS Movie Tape Formats sold by follow the 60 Hz, NTSC format. This is the video format used in North America and Japan. NTSC videotapes will not work on most videocassette players in countries that use PAL, SECAM, or other video standards. PAL-Format VHS Movie Tape Formats will work on most players in Europe, Australia, China, and parts of the Middle East. SECAM-Format VHS Movie Tape Formats will work on players in France.

We are apologize, currently at this time doesn't carry any PAL-Format or SECAM-Format VHS Movie Tape Formats from other countries due to the international copyright laws.
